This policy is essentially an interest-driven curriculum, and rather than stifling productivity or innovation, it fosters these goals. Schools have a lot to learn from this model, and while our aim as teachers isn&#039;t precisely increasing student productivity, it &lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt;----or ought to be---increasing student engagement. An interest-driven curriculum is a promising way to do this. </description>
